Yi Zhang

Yi manages three Ecology groups in Department of Plant Sciences. She develops analytical procedures, supervises Part II undergraduates and PhD students, trains postdoctoral RAs and supports research activities within the Ecology laboratories. As for research on Remote Sensing of environmental changes, she has been involved in leaf traits analysis as part of projects to map ecosystems from airborne imagery. She has also contributed to the QGIS image analysis to allow continued data processing. 

Yi coordinates activities across the earth observation community in Cambridge.
